Nicest people and were so great helping me get around the red tap. If they don’t have the answer(which they always do) they will find it out. And there is no waiting for days they get you what you need the same day to recover your belongings. So if you find yourself needing a tow or a vehicle recovered etc… these are the people to call.

Today in the pouring rain when our car hydroplaned and wrecked just outside of Tyler, my husband and I were pretty much stranded. But beginning with Jeffrey who not only towed our car, but gave us a ride to Liberty… we felt so taken care of. His smile and advice on what to do next was reassuring. Once at Liberty we not only had great service, but Jack gave us a ride to our rental during his lunch break! Thanks to all of those who work there… you made a really bad day much brighter!

Trey was AMAZING! So polite and professional. After 4 hours of a mobile mechanic working on my vehicle on Toll 49, we knew it was time to call a tow truck. Trey got my car loaded, and took me to the auto repair shop and waited with me until my ride arrived to insure my safety, I am so thankful I chose Liberty Towing for my tow service!

I parked in the wrong spot and was towed. They were really nice and understanding. Kat told me I could get a discount by donating 10 canned items to their food drive. That discount really helped me out and it was nice to see they are helping the community we live in.

We parked at the hospital in a tow away zone. Didn’t see the sign posted. Kat was very understanding and worked with us. She gave us directions and even apologized for our mistake. My brother was having surgery and I was worried about him. Kat offered to pray for him. Most people do not care what you’re going through. I really appreciated her kindness.
